3 apples (peeled and grated or finely chopped)

1 glass of milk (around 200–220 ml)

100 g sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tsp vanilla

How to Make It

Prepare the apples
Peel the apples and grate them. Set aside. -
Beat the eggs + sugar
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar until pale and foamy. -
Add the liquids
Pour in the milk and vanilla. Mix lightly.
