On non-shower days, a light touch is enough:
Use a soft cloth + warm water (or moisturizing soap) to gently wash:

intimate areas
This “mini wash” keeps odors and bacteria under control without damaging the skin.
The risks of over-washing
Too many showers — especially hot and long ones — can cause:

itching

redness or burning sensation

cracked skin

worsening of eczema or psoriasis

higher risk of skin infections (ironically!)
