Sleeping Tea Recipe
The preparation of this tea is simple and quick. Here we share a recipe so you can enjoy its benefits:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 chamomile tea bag (or a tablespoon of dried flowers)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- A few drops of lemon (optional)
Instructions:
- Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
- Once the water is boiling, remove it from the heat and add the tea bag or dried flowers.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- If you wish, add honey and a few drops of lemon for flavor.
- Strain the tea if you used loose flowers and enjoy your hot drink.
